220 A INVERTER COATED ELECTRODE (MMA) WELDING STATION
The GYSARC 220 FV CEL combines the latest welding technology with an intuitive user interface. Its start-up dynamic allows it to weld very reliably, vertically going down or up, all types of electrodes up to 5 mm.
MMA process
• Welding current in MMA from 10 to 220 A
• Duty cycle of 60% at 130 A (40°C)
• MMA Pulse, ideal in vertical rising welding position
• Accepts Rutile, Basic, Stainless Steel, Cast Iron electrodes and Cellulosics (up to Ø 5 mm)
• Integrated welding aids: Adjustable Hot Start, Adjustable Arc Force and Antisticking
• Choice of electrode type for optimal welding (predefined parameters)
DC TIG process
• DC TIG welding current from 5 to 220 A
• Lift ignition
• TIG Pulse, limits the melting temperature and allows the welding of sheets from 0.3 mm.
• “PFC” technology allows the use of power cables of up to 100 m
• Single-phase power supply Flexible Voltage from 85 to 265 V
• Protection level IP23 for outdoor use
• Protected against surges up to 400 V thanks to PROTEC 400 technology
→ Delivered with electrode holder and ground clamp (3 m)
