6240 SCM flap disc is a non-woven abrasive flap disc for angle grinder use, combining the grinding convenience of a flap disc format with the gentle surface conditioning action of a non-woven abrasive. The three-dimensional open fibre structure cushions the cut and resists loading with swarf, delivering a consistent finish without over-heating or gouging the workpiece.

Ideal applications:

• Satin and brushed finishing of stainless steel
• Weld spatter removal and blending without material removal
• Cleaning and oxide removal before painting or coating
• Final surface conditioning prior to polishing
