6120 siafleece

6120 siafleece is a non-woven nylon fleece abrasive available in discs, rolls and hand pads. The three-dimensional nylon web carries abrasive grain throughout its thickness, so the abrasive renews continuously as the fleece wears. This produces a uniform, controlled finish without the risk of gouging or undercutting that aggressive coated abrasives can cause.

Ideal applications:

• Surface conditioning and cleaning
• Decorative finishing on stainless steel
• Blending scratches and surface defects
• Pre-paint and pre-plating surface preparation
• Rust and oxide removal without metal loss
• Hand finishing and detailing

Grade guide: Very Coarse (red) - aggressive cleaning | Medium (maroon) - general use | Fine (grey) - finishing | Very Fine / Ultra Fine (white) - decorative finish.
