4815 siacut is a premium zirconia alumina fibre disc featuring sia's coolant-aided formulation, which actively reduces heat build-up during grinding. This makes it particularly suited to stainless steel, heat-sensitive alloys and applications where workpiece discolouration is a concern.
Ideal applications:
- Grinding and weld dressing on stainless steel where discolouration must be minimised
- Stock removal on heat-sensitive alloys and chrome steels
- Surface preparation and deburring on precision engineering components
Materials suited: Stainless steel (INOX), chrome-nickel alloys, heat-sensitive metals, mild steel.
